Maybe for like a proliferate deck it's okay as a +1/+1 source and a trample source
The card depicts a controlled, restrained Mewtwo, packed with storytelling depth that draws in collectors who love character and lore connections
Any of the latter spells I would be fine to cast beyond that busted turn 3 scenario, but Plow Under gets so markedly worse as the game progresses to the point of it being completely ineffective
They are over costed by 1 mana for a good reason, but you have to play two colors, and that is a disadvantage

Its ability to use Stifle in order to deal with fetchlands and Miracle triggers alongside other stuff is outstanding
