2017 TIME Pinot Gris Wine and fresh cracked pepperThe first impression I can sense is that this wine is a very well rounded expression of the classic Okanagan Pinot Gris. Fermented in stainless steel with post ferment lees aging, this process gives the wine some texture, while retaining the fresh, crisp fruit flavours. Great for sipping or fantastic with appetizers, this ready to drink Pinot Gris is round and juicy with flavours of peach, apple, and citrus notes. 350 cases produced.
