Mason wants us to evolve our Goldeen into Seaking (recall we had the Seaking card in our initial hand) and then attach a psychic energy card to Seaking, which, when combined with the water energy card we attached to Goldeen in turn one, allows Seaking to use its Waterfall attack
Or you might draw on the WBG combos that let ramp your way into a few huge creatures, like Looming Altisaur, or Indomitable Ancients. Or you can mingle those strategies: perhaps you summon a Watchful Radstag early game, which both grows bigger and spits out token copies as you pop out mid-range creatures, then pimp out those tokens with a Canopy Gargantuan and keep Scour the Desert in hand to flood the board with a token army if all else fails
This tends to get killed quite quickly, so make hay while the sun shines
