The silk has rectangular velvet like patches over its entirety. The jacket does up with five matching silk covered buttons down the front and has a peplum at the bottom. It has 3 4 length sleeves. The skirt is cut fairly straight in a below the knee length and does up with a metal zipper at the side. The jacket is fully lined and the skirt is unlined
