At the beginning of your end step, create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with "This token gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control."

For Base Set, the actual sequence length could be as low as 3 (1 holo in every third pack, though it probably isnt as that would mean all the holos would be in packs with the same pack art), however I am going to be using a sequence length 216 packs (1 case of 6 booster boxes with 36 packs each) for all (or at least most) sets from generation 1 to generation 5, as the lowest insertion rate I found for this era was 1 per case
