Next it exiles two permanents on casting, rather than destroying only one

It singlehandedly hates out entire decks, Godo, Sidisi, Yisan, Vannifar, anything with a tutor in the command zone

Filigree Vector does everything this deck wants to do in one convenient package: It gives all of your creatures +1/+1 counters, all of your artifacts charge counters, and it proliferates for one mana and a sacrificial artifact

Because of that I believe it is the weakest of all the green commons, but certainly playable (especially if you are an attacking deck)
