葡萄100%去梗，使用氣動壓榨。原生酵母發酵。使用橡木桶(約5-10%為新桶)陳釀18個月。

葡萄園面朝西與西北，海拔約250公尺，土壤極為特殊，以白堊土與黏土為主，葡萄藤幾乎都是1980年後所種植，正當壯年的規劃，未來更是潛力十足。依葡萄品種分別採收，置於控溫的不銹鋼槽內進行發酵，採用淋汁方式萃取，後轉至大型橡木桶發酵，新桶比例約75%。窖藏約18個月，裝瓶後再進行一年的瓶中熟成才出廠。
