2 mana is a huge discount, before anything else is even factored in, and this can turn you mana neutral in no time flat for a big storm/combo turn

Thats pretty good, and its definitely an upgrade over a simple Cancel

If you like big bumbling death-lizards or tiny t-rex hands make you giggle, this is probably worth the pickup

We already play Firebrand Archer in EDH decks that buff damage, and some of those commanders are recent, like Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might / Temple of Power, Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin, Urabrask / The Great Work, Taii Wakeen, Perfect Shot, Judith, Carnage Connoisseur, and Imodane, the Pyrohammer
