He completed his B.Tech from IIT (Banaras Hindu University) and his MBA from the Indian School of Business.

During his stint at Motorola, he worked with the US Department of Transportation to develop MOTODRIVE, a solution that made cars intelligent by avoiding collisions and performing traffic management.

While the project never took off, this motivated Deepesh to create a reliable, safe, and sustainable platform for shared employee commute. Thus, MoveInSync was born.

When not enjoying a hot cup of filter coffee, he engages in conversations or watches biographies on Netflix.

Akash is the CTO and Co-Founder of MoveInSync; however, he prefers to call himself the “Chief Disruption Officer.”

His stints at Microsoft and Impulsoft after receiving his B Tech from IIT (Banaras Hindu University) motivated him to be the principal architect of several SaaS products, including ETS, GetToWork, and WorkInSync.

Akash is a superhero fanatic and loves watching Marvel movies with his kids on repeat.

Navendu is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at MoveInSync. A seasoned sales strategist with solid foundational knowledge, he has driven MoveInSync’s expansion to multiple geographies.

Navendu has earlier worked his magic at renowned organizations such as The Oberoi Hotels, IBM, Aon Hewitt, and Accenture.

Besides his interests in photography, automobiles, and gadgets, he finds his happy place in outdoor running and hiking.

Visweswaran (or Viswesh as everyone knows him) is the Vice President of Customer Success at MoveInSync and has been an integral part of the company since its early days. His contributions have been instrumental in establishing the core of MoveInSync.

Viswesh holds a BSc from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He has worked for reputable companies such as Qualcomm, MediaTek, and My IndiaEye, honing his skills and expertise.

You can find Viswesh playing badminton or following football and cricket on TV, in between gorging on desserts.

Dheeraj is the Head of Engineering at MoveInSync. As a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of the product, he leads by example and has made critical contributions to MoveInSync’s product development.

Dheeraj holds a B.Tech degree in electronics engineering from IIT (Banaras Hindu University) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore, reflecting his strong academic background.

He has built and led engineering teams delivering large-scale digital transformation programs throughout his career, working at organizations such as Capgemini, Infosys, and HCL.

Dheeraj is passionate about sports, and one can often find him playing cricket and badminton.

Vaideesh is the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff at MoveInSync. He completed his B.Tech from IIT Madras and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

He honed his strategy skills at Strategy& and McKinsey, with other stints at Shell, and has been the COO of India’s FASTag Program.

At MoveInSync, Vaideesh has played a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization.

When he’s not reading graphic novels, he can be found trying out new restaurants in town or dirt biking.

Manish is the Head of Operations at MoveInSync, where he has been instrumental in planning and executing growth and operations strategies for the company. He has played a vital role in building our GetToWork business and believes in operational excellence as a journey rather than a destination.

Manish holds a B.E. from the Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA in Operations from the International Management Institute.

With many years of experience working at established organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services and ICICI Bank and startups such as Rupifi, Manish is highly regarded for his ability to solve complex problems and drive results.

A big Manchester United fan, Manish enjoys playing football and volleyball.

Prasanth is the Head of Growth and Marketing at MoveInSync. He earned his B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, and his MBA from the Indian School of Business.

In his prior roles at Uber, Dunzo, and ClearTax, Prasanth has a proven track record of improving numbers multifold.

At MoveInSync, Prasanth has played a critical role in driving the company’s marketing function. His multi-channel lead generation strategies have been a key contributor to the company’s success.

Prasanth enjoys spending time with his two dogs, playing badminton, watching football, and indulging in his love of ice cream.
