How to integrate company transport with the metro feeder network?

Metro networks across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi NCR have made a significant portion of employee commutes partially solvable by public transport, but the last mile between the metro station and the office remains the barrier. Employees who could use the metro for 80% of their commute often don’t because the final stretch is unreliable or inconvenient. Understand the Integration Opportunity in Your Specific Cities

  • Track feeder utilization by station and shift. Routes below 60% occupancy consistently should be consolidated or rescheduled
