February’s updates put safety and compliance at the center, with ATLAS taking on more of the operational load along the way. From automated checks that run before a trip starts to stronger validation after it ends, this month is about closing gaps. Here’s what we shipped in February.
ATLAS: Now Doing More for Your Ops Team
ATLAS started as your AI support bot for quick operational clarity. Now, it’s stepping deeper into day-to-day transport workflows.
Transport teams can directly check no-shows for a specific employee, see no-show counts on a trip, verify whether the no-show policy was enforced, and understand how it was marked. Need to investigate a delay? ATLAS can pull trip delay details instantly. Want to confirm if Safe Reach was successful or access the audit trail? It’s available in seconds.
From trip details to compliance checks, ATLAS gives teams faster control over operations.
Video Recording For The Full Picture
In moments of discomfort or emergency during a trip, audio alone may not tell the full story. Users can now record a short 30-second video to capture surroundings, behaviour, and real-world context. This reduces ambiguity for the Safety team, helping them assess severity to respond more decisively.
Fatigue Checks. Safer Assignments.
Assigning a driver without knowing their fatigue level adds risk to every trip. Now driver fatigue is evaluated automatically before each assignment, giving you the option to block drivers or let them through with a warning based on their fatigue level. Trips stay safer from the start, and operations keep moving without added friction.
Safe Reach, Backed by Location Intelligence
Right after a trip ends, the platform validates whether the employee is within their home geofence. If not, Safe Reach is activated in the app to confirm well-being.
If there’s no response within the set time, the system escalates via IVR, ensuring every sign-off is actively validated.
Extending SOS To Marshals
Marshals can now raise an SOS during duty hours, just like employees. They can trigger alerts through IVR or the app, with the same validations and escalation processes as employees. These incidents can be tracked similar to employee issues. This closes a critical safety gap and ensures marshals are never unsupported during incidents.
Untrained? Duty Paused.
Drivers are now nudged about pending or overdue training when they start duty. Mandatory training can block duty start until completed. By tying training completion to duty activation, compliance moves from being optional to actually getting enforced.
