What is Escort Management?

Escort management is the operational process of assigning, tracking, and verifying safety escorts (marshals) on trips that require one. MoveInSync centralizes this through its Marshal Management Dashboard, where security supervisors can view every trip with an escort and assign one directly.

How it works

Supervisors assign marshals from a dropdown showing green and red availability indicators to prevent double-booking, while a configurable buffer window blocks a marshal from being assigned to another trip for a set period before and after their current one. The dashboard also flags a marshal sign-in violation when an assigned escort fails to sign into the trip, and lets teams filter trips by whether a marshal has been assigned yet.
