- Vehicle age and condition standards as defined by the enterprise transport policy
- GPS device installation and live integration with MoveInSync’s tracking platform
Driver Compliance Checks
- Valid commercial driving licence verified against RTO records
- Police verification and background check clearance
- Completion of MoveInSync’s driver onboarding and app training
- Adherence to grooming, conduct, and punctuality standards defined in the SLA
Safety Requirements
- SOS and panic button functionality enabled on all vehicles
- Driver behaviour monitoring (speed, drowsiness, harsh braking, route deviation) active from day one
- Women’s safety compliance including escort protocols for night-shift drop operations

Ongoing Compliance
Vendor compliance is not a one-time check. MoveInSync’s vendor management dashboard continuously tracks SLA performance, flags document expiry, monitors driver behaviour trends, and generates compliance reports ensuring standards are maintained throughout the engagement.
