MoveInSync's Carpooling is an intra-organizational carpool program, fully integrated into the MoveInSync platform. It lets employees share rides with colleagues from the same company in a structured, policy-compliant, and incentivized way. It is distinct from consumer carpooling apps because it operates within an enterprise framework, governed by company policy, with built-in safety and accountability.

How it works

• A Host (an employee offering a ride) creates a ride on the app, setting their route, departure time, and available seats.
• A Guest (an employee looking for a ride) searches for matching trips along their route, requests to join, and is approved by the host.
• The entire flow, from ride creation to check-in, happens inside the same MoveInSync app employees already use.
