What is a Trip Sheet in Employee Transport?

A trip sheet is the record of a trip's details. It’s used across MoveInSync's platform to plan, execute, and reconcile individual rides. As opposed to paper-based trip sheets which are filled out manually, MoveInSync automates their generation and delivery.

How it works

Once a booking is confirmed, MoveInSync generates a trip sheet automatically and pushes it to the driver, instead of a data entry team filling it in by hand. The same record is used downstream to reconcile the trip and support billing, so trip details don't have to be re-entered or re-confirmed at each stage.
