March’s updates spread across the full commute journey, from how employees book and report to how vendors get billed. There’s a strong safety thread running through it, plus a set of billing upgrades that take the manual work out of GST, slabs, and penalties. Everything below is what went live in March.
Skip the Fixed Shuttle. Ride On Your Schedule.
Most office shuttles run on fixed routes and timings, so missing one means waiting for the next. On-Demand Commute lets employees request a shared ride whenever they need it, with smart routing that handles multiple pickups along the way. It keeps the structure of an organized commute without locking anyone into a rigid schedule.
A Dedicated App For Your Commute’s Safety Marshals
Marshals play a central role in keeping every commute safe, and now they have a tool built entirely for that job. The new Marshal App puts everything they need in one place, including trip details, OTP verification, and training tracking. Their work stays organized and fully supported, so safety on the ground is easier to maintain.
More Than SOS: Report Any Issues
The Safety Toolkit in the employee app now goes beyond just safety SOS. Employees can also report non-critical issues, such as vehicle breakdowns, driver misbehaviour, traffic congestion, or anything else that needs immediate attention. In the new “Report Issue” section, they pick an alert type and add comments or photos for context. Every alert lands on the Security Dashboard in real time so your safety team can filter, track, and act on issues quickly.
Green Lights for After-Hours Rides
Employees shouldn’t have to wait for manual approval when booking ad hoc transport during dark hours. With the new gender-based auto-approval feature, you can configure requests to be automatically approved for specific genders or all employees during late-night windows. Employees get faster confirmations, your SPOC team gets fewer late-night pings, and everyone gets home safer. The full audit trail still captures every auto-approval with the logic path and reason, so you never lose visibility.
Safety for Every Last Mile
When employees update their address, they can now flag it as “Motorable” or “Non-Motorable” under special needs. This helps ensure the right support, like a marshal, is automatically arranged for hard-to-reach drop points. Admins can review, modify, and approve these requests from the Address Change Approval dashboard, with a full audit trail for every change.
Build Trip Feedback Forms Your Way
Not every company wants the same kind of post-trip feedback details.
Now you can fully customize what employees see after the ride. Choose which rating components to show, decide if they’re mandatory or optional, pick the input type (stars, text, multiple-choice), and even reorder everything to match your priorities.
Collect the insights that actually matter to your team without causing employee survey fatigue.
Mastering The Art Of Back-to-Backs
Say goodbye to unrealistic schedules and last-minute delays. Our new inter-trip feasibility check automatically verifies if a driver or vehicle has enough time to travel between a drop-off and the next pickup. Set a configurable travel-time buffer, apply rules to the vehicle/driver/both, and choose to block unrealistic allocations so schedules stay smooth and on time.
GST Split Sorted Instantly
Managing GST for employees spread across multiple offices is difficult, especially when each office works on different tax rules. But not anymore! MoveInSync now auto-allocates trip costs to the correct office & cost centre, calculates GST dynamically per employee profile, and lets billing managers generate vendor bills in one go. So you have clean books and happy auditors.
Tiered Slabs: Pay As You Scale
Trip volumes change every month, so why should billing stay stuck on one flat rate? We now support tiered slab billing, where each batch of trips is priced at its own rate, just like income tax slabs. For example, the first 30K trips might be billed at ₹1,000 each, the next 5K at ₹950, the next 5K at ₹900, and so on. It’s fully configurable at the vendor level and you can opt for it anytime.
Auto-Penalties Keep Your Fleet Shipshape
No more manually tracking vehicle check failures and uploading separate adjustment files for every missing first-aid kit or dirty interior. Now you simply configure a penalty amount for each checklist item, and the billing system automatically generates adjusted line-items the moment a failure is flagged. It all adds up on the vendor bill automatically, cutting your billing closure time significantly.
