We have successfully raised a $15 million Series C funding from Bessemer Venture Partners. This is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing reliable, safe and sustainable transportation solutions to enterprises.

Since 2009, we’ve been transforming commute for employees. Today, we are trusted by over 300 enterprises,  70 of which are Fortune 500 enterprises. Our operations span across 4 continents. 

We have grown at 50% y-o-y for the past 6 years, including 3x last year. We’ve also done this, while being EBITDA positive.

Dedicating the past 14 years to product refinement, we proudly earned a spot among both Deloitte India Technology Fast 50 and G2’s Best India Software Companies for 2023. Maintaining an exceptional 99.99% product availability, our app boasts a stellar 4.6+ rating on both the Playstore and the App Store.

MoveInSync: Planning the Way Ahead

We plan to utilize these funds to enhance MoveInSync One, our transport as a service offering.

Our focus is on improving technology to assist enterprises in adopting and efficiently running electric vehicles (EVs), while also aiding our fleet partners in optimizing their operations.

We’re developing advanced carbon accounting tools to help clients measure their Scope 3 emissions and quantify savings from shared commuting.

Additionally, we are integrating with IoT systems to control Scope 1 emissions. Our ongoing efforts include improving readiness for multi-cloud support and enhancing capabilities for large-scale concurrency.

A portion of the funds raised will be allocated to expanding our international presence, targeting markets such as the Philippines, South Africa, and the Middle East.
